Qualifications
- Teaching small groups of pupils within the classroom.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
- Support other staff to deliver high quality education consistently.
- Strong understanding of the curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and learning.
- Commitment to professional development and reflective practice.
- Branas School supports up to 25 young people aged 11-18 with complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Teach English to pupils in small groups within the classroom.
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils' needs.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Work closely with SEND teaching assistants.
- Manage learner behaviour positively.
