Qualifications

• QTS required for English teaching in secondary schools.
• Experience teaching English within a secondary school.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passion for raising attainment and achievement.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

Responsibilities

• Teach English across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons.
• Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
• Promote literacy across the curriculum.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and learning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership teams.
