Job summary

New Directions Education in Leeds is seeking experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to support Nursery and Reception learners across a range of opportunities. You will help create a caring, engaging, and inclusive classroom where children build essential communication and social skills through play and creative activities.

Ideal candidates have previous Early Years experience, a patient and positive attitude, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in Early Years or school settings.
• Caring, patient, and positive approach.

• Passion for supporting children's development.
• Childcare or education qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children in Nursery and Reception classes.
