Job summary

Willow Primary School in Doncaster is seeking an inspirational Early Years Phase Leader to join our Exceed Learning Partnership family. The post is permanent from 1 January 2027 and involves 32.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate will work with our Head of School and Leadership Team to shape the early years provision. We are looking for an enthusiastic leader with experience in early years and a track record of driving progress and development for pupils aged 4–11.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with pupils in Early Years and ability to lead a phase.
• Experience in leadership roles within a primary setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Early Years phase across Willow Primary School.
• Contribute to improving pupils’ academic progress and personal development.
• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive school improvement.
