Job summary

Grandir UK Limited in London is seeking an Early Years Educator to join Wandsworth Day Nursery and Preschool on a part-time basis. You will care for and support children, inspiring curiosity and helping them thrive, with working hours on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Qualifications

• Experience working in early years environment.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery
• Support and supervise playroom staff with their day-to-day duties
• Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms
• Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers appropriately
• Ensure that practice and provision in the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child
• Promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers
• Develop open and positive working relationships with staff
