Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is inviting applications for a Community Team Leader in CYPMHS West Herts. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) on a permanent basis, based across St Albans and Hemel Hempstead.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering child and adolescent mental health services with emphasis on trauma, attachment, and CAPA approaches. The post requires an enhanced DBS, CPD evidence, and registration as an MHN.

Formación

• Registered Mental Health Nurse per professional standards.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Relevant professional registration as per person spec.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the CYPMHS West Herts multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality child and adolescent mental health services.
• Coordinate care plans and supervise clinical staff to ensure timely, safe interventions.
• Be part of the Quality Leadership Team shaping service development and KPI management.
• Oversee referrals and assessments, including CAPA/Choice and other assessments, across two sites (St Albans & Hemel Hempstead).
• Collaborate with Local Authority colleagues and multi-agency panels to meet complex needs.
