Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and Economics at KS5.
• Confident delivering lessons to GCSE and A-Level groups.
• Strong subject knowledge across Business Studies and Economics.
• Experience teaching Pearson Edexcel Economics B advantageous.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Ready for Enhanced DBS check

Responsibilities

• Teach KS5 Economics to Sixth Form students.
• Teach Year 10 Business Studies.
• Teach Year 11 Business Studies.
• Deliver engaging lessons across GCSE and A-Level specifications.
• Support examination classes with preparation and progress.
• Plan and deliver lessons in line with curriculum.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with department and wider school team.
