Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification required.
• Experience teaching Art & Design in a secondary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent subject knowledge and passion for creative education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Art & Design lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Inspire students to explore various artistic techniques and processes.
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment encouraging creativity.
• Plan and deliver lessons catering to varying abilities and learning styles.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress.
• Encourage students to develop confidence in their artistic abilities and critical thinking.
• Contribute to the wider life of the department and school as required.
