Job summary

Aberdeenshire Council in Scotland is seeking enthusiastic teachers to deliver quality education to assigned pupils and contribute, within a collegiate ethos, to the professional life of the school in relation to pupils, staff and appropriate external bodies within the agreements of the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers.

This post is Fixed Term for a period not exceeding 02/07/2027.

Qualifications

• Must be or eligible to be fully GTCS registered.
• Demonstrate commitment to quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work within a collegiate ethos and school policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality education to assigned pupils.
• Contribute to the professional life of the school and collaboration with staff.
• Uphold the Local Negotiating Committee for Teachers and Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teachers agreements.
• Engage appropriately with external bodies as required.
