Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

• Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting the unique needs of each child.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a caring, playful environment for every child.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through open communication.
