Job summary

The Supply Register Ltd. is recruiting a PE Teacher to support Heritage High School and Springwell Community College in Chesterfield. The role offers day-to-day supply or longer-term opportunities in well-supported secondary environments.

You will deliver PE to KS3/KS4, promote active participation, and contribute to wellbeing initiatives while building strong pupil relationships. This role provides flexible work in a trusted trust setting.

Qualifications

• QTS is required.
• PE teaching experience is required.
• Strong behaviour management skills are required.
• Passion for Physical Education is essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PE lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Promote participation and engagement in physical activity.
• Deliver practical and theory-based learning.
• Support extracurricular provision when required.
• Build positive relationships with pupils.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and wellbeing.
