  • Manage and develop teaching alongside other teaching assistants.
  • Lead efforts to meet children's particular learning needs.

Skills

GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above
NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
Good knowledge of learning barriers including special needs
Experience assessing provision for children
Understanding social issues facing disadvantaged students
At least two years school-based experience as a TA
