Rolls-Royce in Bristol is seeking an Inspector to ensure the highest standards of engine component quality. You will join an integrated team inspecting aerospace engine components and modules, using precision measurement tools to verify compliance with industry standards.

Ideal candidates will have completed a time-served apprenticeship with aerospace inspection skills, NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, and experience with digital inspection tools.

• Time-served apprenticeship with aerospace inspection experience.

• Experience in aerospace strip and build procedures.
• Proficient with measurement tools and techniques.
• Experience with conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies.

Who We're Looking For

• Essential you have completed a time-served apprenticeship , ideally with relevant aerospace inspection skills.
• Be qualified to NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2, or equivalent.
• Have experience in aerospace strip and build procedures.
• Be proficient in using measurement tools and techniques.
• Have experience with conditioning/sentencing aerospace parts and assemblies.
• Be computer literate with the ability to work with digital inspection tools.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Defence business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Additional desirable skills include:

• Experience with engine intrascoping and CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) inspection.
• Knowledge of repair limits and aerospace component sentencing.
• Training in risk assessment and COSHH.
• The ability to train others and support team development.
