Inspector (Machined Parts)

Job Location: Poole, Dorset

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour, depending on level of experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday Thursday 8.30am 5.00pm & Friday 8.30am 2.00pm

We are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing company with over 50 years of success supplying high-quality machined components and ancillaries across diverse industrial sectors. Known for their outstanding reputation, quality standards, and customer satisfaction, this is a business that truly values its staff.

As Mechanical Inspector, you will report directly to the Quality Manager and play a key role in ensuring that all machined parts and goods meet drawings, standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect machined parts against engineering drawings
  • Inspect goods in to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Updating inspection reports

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and inspection experience. This role may suit a machinist who has some inspection experience looking to undertake this now as a career.
