A leading insurance company is seeking an Assistant Underwriter in Manchester. This role involves underwriting inspection products, managing broker relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Underwriter to join Allianz Engineering Inspection Services Ltd (AEIS).
Underwriters are the first point of contact for all customers of the Engineering Inspection Services. To work as part of this successful and dynamic branch, you will be customer focussed and team oriented in order to deliver an excellent customer journey.
Your main role is to meet all business targets in relation to Inspection products for the UK region. The servicing of Broker and Client accounts within your own panel and ensuring you underwrite within defined parameters in a consistent and profitable manner.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the Manchester office per week.
Pay: Circa £30,000 per year.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
