Qualifications

• 3+ years’ post-qualification experience with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring.
• Strong commercial approach and technical ability.
• Confidence to manage matters independently within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Advising on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency issues.
• Acting on distressed business sales and asset transactions.
• Managing insolvency litigation matters and supervising a caseload.
• Supporting senior lawyers on high-value matters.
• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.
