Think Legal Recruitment is seeking an Insolvency Paralegal for a Manchester city centre firm. The role offers exposure to a well-regarded insolvency department with strong career prospects and hands-on support for development, including potential for a training contract.

You will work closely with partners and senior solicitors, handling drafting, client liaison, court communications, bundles, and costs schedules. Some litigation experience is advantageous, with insolvency exposure desired.

Insolvency Paralegal - Manchester City Centre

We have an exciting opportunity for an insolvency paralegal to join a well-established Manchester city centre firm with a highly regarded insolvency department.

The firm hasexcellent career prospects for incoming paralegals and provide hands on support and development, as well as longer term opportunities for a training contract. The firm has also created a team focused working environment and you will be working amongstsupportive and personable individuals.

The firm has an impressive client base (including various household names) and act on complex and high value matters, whilst at the same time offering a relaxed working culture/environment. Opportunities to join this firm are often rare and so this is a very exciting chance to join them.

The insolvency team is headed up by a Legal 500 noted insolvency partner and clients include those in private and public sector, leisure and retail, as well as small and large accountancy firms. This role is to work closely with the partners and senior solicitors in the department. Examples of day to day tasks will include:

• Assisting on matters - working closely with the partners and senior solicitors
• Drafting and reviewing documents
• Liaising with clients and court
• Dealing with bundles, preparing exhibits, costs schedules etc

Litigation experience is beneficial and specific experience within Insolvency is desirable.
