JOB DESCRIPTION

An insolvency practice in the East of England is seeking an experienced Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager, depending on experience, to oversee their team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice.

As an Insolvency Manager/Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of insolvency professionals
• Overseeing a variety of corporate and personal insolvency cases
• Providing strategic direction and guidance for the practice
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Driving business development and networking efforts to grow the practice

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in insolvency and restructuring, with a proven track record in a managerial role
• Comprehensive knowledge of UK insolvency legislation and best practices
• CPI or JIEB qualification (highly desirable, but not required)
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• A strong focus on business development and practice growth
