Job summary

Levitate Recruitment - Accountancy and Insolvency Recruitment Specialists in Bristol is seeking an Insolvency Manager to join the South West office. You will manage a portfolio of complex cases and lead a small team, providing on-the-job training and guidance.

The role involves liaising with Directors and Solicitors, preparing statements of affairs, monitoring WIP and costs, and supporting marketing activities as you progress toward management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in insolvency at manager level.
• Experience on Administrations and Liquidations.
• CPI qualification would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead on insolvency jobs undertaken.
• Liaise with Directors pre- and post-appointment.
• Liaise with Solicitors on matters including wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions.
• Respond promptly to formal communications.
• Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
• Prepare statement of affairs and estimated outcome statements.
• Monitor WIP and costs to budget.
• Allocate costs where appropriate.
• Identify risk issues and escalate to management.
• Assist with the firm’s marketing activities.
