In this role, you will bridge the gap between the team and senior leadership, ensuring the smooth running of the insolvency department.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of a range of Administrations insolvency cases.
• Act as a point of contact between the team and senior leadership, ensuring that communication is maintained and deadlines are met
• Provide technical support to the team, ensuring that cases are progressed efficiently and effectively
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for business development and growth, working alongside the senior team to implement plans

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with a track record of managing cases and teams
• CPI or JIEB qualified
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent time management skills
• Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and compliance requirements
• Ability to identify and pursue opportunities for business development and growth
