A leading insolvency recruitment specialist is seeking an Insolvency Administrator to join their Upminster office. In this role, you will manage your own portfolio of insolvency cases, liaising with Directors and Solicitors while also supporting junior team members. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency, with opportunities for future growth in a booming sector. The position offers a supportive environment for career advancement.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working on corporate insolvency cases.
• Prior experience in Administrations is advantageous but not a necessity.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own portfolio of insolvency cases from inception through to closure.
• Take responsibility for a junior member of the team, delegating and reviewing their work.
• Liaise with Directors and Solicitors on legal advice and risk issues.
• Liaise with Directors pre- and post appointment and with Solicitors for legal advice.
• Identify risk issues and alert management as needed.

Insolvency Administrator

The insolvency buoyant is booming at present and Levitate Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of an Insolvency Specialist who is experiencing rapid growth. Our client is currently recruiting for an Insolvency Administrator in their Upminster office.

Role:

• Working alongside a dedicated manager you will have your own portfolio of insolvency cases which you will manage from inception through to closure.
• Case types will include;
  • Administrations
  • Creditors Voluntary Liquidation
  • Members Voluntary Liquidations
  • Bankruptcies
• Where appropriate you will take responsibility for a junior member of the team; delegating and reviewing their work.
• Liaising with Directors both pre and post appointment
• Liaising with Solicitors to obtain legal advice on issues incorporating wrongful trading and other antecedent transactions
• Identifying risk issues and drawing them to the attention of management

With further growth forecast, this firm is looking to bring Administrators up to speed as soon as possible for future promotion as the company grows.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working on corporate insolvency cases.
• Prior experience in Administrations is advantageous but not a necessity.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
