Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking an Insights Implementation Analyst to build a robust data capture environment for our Financial Services team. You will lead end-to-end site tagging and implement customized JavaScript tracking in collaboration with the DI&A team at one of the UK’s largest online retailers.

The role supports a hybrid working model with a mix of office and home-based days, requiring in-person attendance for key meetings on a set day each week and ad-hoc sessions as needed.

Qualifications

• Breadth of JavaScript, jQuery and JSON knowledge.
• Strong HTML/DOM understanding and event handling.
• Experience with data manipulation (scraping/regex).
• Proven tagging strategy, QA and tag management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Financial Services to define analytics and tracking needs.
• Design, implement and maintain JavaScript tracking via tag managers.
• Lead end-to-end tagging projects with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data QA and troubleshoot for reliable reporting and security compliance.
• Support partners and developers to deliver scalable technical solutions.
