Taylor & Francis, part of Informa, is hiring an Insights Executive to transform market, sales and marketing data into actionable insights that steer business strategy. You’ll build sophisticated dashboards, track KPIs, and tell the story behind the numbers.
You’ll work with commercial and marketing teams and leadership, in a hybrid role with three days in Milton Park, Oxfordshire. Applicants should have strong analytics experience within a publishing or retail context.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Taylor & Francis as an Insights Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making across our books retail operations. You'll be at the heart of our commercial intelligence function, transforming complex market, sales and marketing data into actionable insights that shape business strategy.
Working collaboratively with commercial teams, marketing teams and senior leadership, you'll build sophisticated reporting dashboards, track critical KPIs, and uncover the stories behind the numbers. This role is offered on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week to be worked from our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire (OX14).

Our Milton Park office will be relocating to Oxford city centre in late 2027 / early 2028, offering an exciting new workplace in the heart of the city.
