The Corporate Client Service Operations team has a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, delivering actionable insights and improving the experience of our clients and internal stakeholders. The team are responsible for delivering and owning training, procedures, ongoing performance reporting, outcomes testing, root cause analysis, process enhancements and change management.
We are seeking an individual to join this team in the role of Insights Analyst.
*Please note: This role can be based in the London or Birmingham office. The successful applicant will be required to spend part of their working week at this location. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder will need to live within a commutable distance of the aforementioned office.
