Qualifications

• Experience leading OSINT projects and open-source investigations.
• Proven ability to deliver analytical outputs for crime/public safety clients.
• Strong data interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects on online harms.
• Coordinate workflows across data collection, OSINT, analysis and reporting.
• Lead and support analysts, prioritising work in high-tempo cycles.
• Review outputs for accuracy and relevance; QA datasets and reports.
• Track progress and mitigate delivery risks.
• Support development of research methodologies.
• Present findings to clients in written and verbal formats.
• Identify workflow and tool improvements.
