Job summary

Eni – Elizabeth Norman International is seeking an experienced Insight Director to join a leading insights consultancy on a 12-month maternity cover contract. You will oversee client relationships and drive commercially-focused research across complex R&D, innovation, product and consumer insight projects.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, shaping research approaches, delivering actionable recommendations and growing the business through strong pipeline management and team

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience within market research/insights.
• Experience leading complex quantitative research projects.
• Strong commercial and client management skills.
• Track record of winning and growing client accounts.
• Experience leading and developing research teams.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Insight Director to join a leading insight consultancy for a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is a senior role combining client leadership, commercial responsibility, project delivery and team development, working across complex R&D, innovation, product and consumer insight projects.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, helping shape research approaches and delivering clear, commercially focused recommendations. You’ll also take responsibility for growing client relationships, managing financial targets and pipelines, and leading and developing a high-performing research team.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 10+ years’ experience within market research/insights
• Strong experience within a full-service agency, consumer insight, product testing, R&D or innovation environment
• Experience leading complex quantitative research projects
• Strong commercial and client management skills
• A track record of winning and growing client accounts
• Experience managing, motivating and developing research teams

The package:

£58,000–£65,000 depending on experience, alongside hybrid/flexible working, 24+ days’ holiday, pension, profit share, birthday day off, volunteering day and regular company socials.
