As an Insight Analyst, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality insights that influence strategy and performance across the organisation. Working collaboratively with colleagues, you’ll analyse complex data, create impactful reports, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our data products and services, helping us unlock new opportunities and keep data at the heart of everything we do.

You’ll be joining our dynamic and growing Data Capability team, a group of around 20 passionate data professionals including Data Scientists, Visualisation Specialists, and Governance Experts.

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights
  • Conduct data analysis to support business initiatives and operational improvements
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using appropriate tools and technologies
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in all outputs
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
  • Support the development and documentation of data processes and standards
  • Stay up to date with data tools and techniques to enhance analytical capabilities
What Do We Need From You?
  • Advanced analytic and data storytelling skills
  • Expertise in data tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau)
  • Proven experience in leading data projects and delivering actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior analysts
  • Knowledge of data governance and best practices
