A leading e-commerce company in Liverpool is seeking a Data Analyst to provide insights through data analysis that drive decision-making. The role requires a numerate degree and strong analytical skills, along with proficiency in tools such as SQL and Excel. Qualifications

  • A numerate degree is required.
  • Basic programming knowledge in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
  • Previous experience in analytics is advantageous but not essential.

About The Role

To provide actionable insights through data analysis that drive decision-making and improve performance within the Customer Care function. This role is ideal for a graduate with a numerate degree who is passionate about data and eager to develop their career in analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges
  • Assist in building predictive models and conducting statistical analyses
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve analytical processes and methodologies
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in data analytics
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R desirable
  • Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear insights
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
