Insight Analyst - Marketing/Media Agency

The Role

We\'re looking for an Insight Analyst who can turn data into stories that inspire smarter marketing decisions. You\'ll work with a variety of stakeholders to uncover performance trends, deliver actionable recommendations, and support clients in achieving their strategic goals.

Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong grasp of marketing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly analytical with a keen eye for detail
  • Confident operating in a fast-paced, agency-style environment
Industry & Technical Knowledge
  • Solid understanding of marketing performance measurement and attribution
  • Awareness of current analytics and martech trends
  • Experience using social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch, Talkwalker, or similar)
  • Proficiency in marketing intelligence platforms such as SimilarWeb, SEMrush, or Google Trends
  • Skilled in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Looker (preferred)
  • Familiarity with marketing and digital data sources (bonus)
