Job summary

Kingfisher plc is seeking an Insider Risk Manager to protect data, systems and people from internal security risks. You will work across Information Security, Technology, Legal, Privacy and People teams to identify, assess and mitigate insider risk scenarios.

This role shapes and matures our insider risk capability, delivering technical controls, colleague awareness and governance to support safe technology use across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in information security or cyber risk.
• Knowledge of insider risk scenarios and data loss.
• Experience supporting investigations, incident response or monitoring.
• Ability to analyze data and security alerts to spot risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop insider risk program across people, process, data and technology controls.
• Identify and mitigate insider risk scenarios including data leakage and policy breaches.
• Strengthen preventative controls, monitoring and data protection with key partners.
• Deliver security awareness and training for colleagues.
• Coordinate triage and escalation of suspected insider risk events with governance and confidentiality.
• Produce reporting to identify trends and measure control effectiveness.
