Inside Sales Coordinator – Location: Treforest (Hybrid) – Salary: £26k
Yolk Recruitment is looking for a proactive and organised Inside Sales Coordinator to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a sales or admin background and a passion for customer engagement and commercial success to play a key role in supporting global sales operations.
What you'll be doing
- Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships through clear, professional communication.
- Providing vital administrative support to Business Managers, including quotations, invoicing, and documentation.
- Processing and following up on sample and lab work requests.
- Qualifying and nurturing leads generated from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and online activity.
- Managing and progressing smaller commercial opportunities.
- Supporting the overall sales forecast, particularly for non-strategic accounts.
- Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email and identifying potential growth opportunities.
- Collaborating with regulatory and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers.
- Assisting with pricing updates and annual revisions for designated customer accounts.
The skills and experience you'll bring
- A science-related degree (ideal)
- Experience in admin, sales, marketing, or customer service environment.
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships internally and externally.
- IT proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
