As an Inside Sales Representative for Citrix within the Infrastructure Business Unit, you will play a key role in supporting our sales and administrative processes from quotation through to order fulfillment. Working closely with Field Sales colleagues, you’ll ensure customers receive timely, accurate service and support.
You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handle pricing and product questions, and help identify sales opportunities. Collaboration with our Business Development Managers and other internal teams is essential to deliver a seamless customer experience.
