Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales teams at CDW UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Inside sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales processes while fostering a high-performance culture within the team focused on customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and customer experience requirements. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Sales Strategy: Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide coaching and feedback to help team members achieve their full potential. Bi-weekly 121s Minimum
  • Operational Execution: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of sales processes. Implement and manage operational procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales operations with other business functions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular coworker and sales performance reports to senior management. Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including segment sales, solutions sales, marketing, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Travel Requirements

This role requires occasional travel within the UK to meet with key stakeholders, attend industry events, and collaborate with other CDW offices. The candidate must be willing and able to travel as needed to fulfil the responsibilities of the position.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. Over 2 years team management experience preferred.
