We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Inside Sales Squad Leader to join our tight-knit, dynamic sales team. As a Squad Leader, you will lead and manage a high-performing team, inspiring and coaching members to meet ambitious targets while developing their skills and professional growth. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Leading a team of inside sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
  2. Mentoring junior team members through guidance, feedback, and training.
  3. Managing inbound leads to convert prospects into long-term customers with tailored solutions.
  4. Building strong relationships with new clients and introducing them to our products.
  5. Driving sales volume by guiding clients through the sales process and exemplifying best practices.
  6. Addressing challenges and providing bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
  7. Collaborating across departments to improve workflows and customer experience.
  8. Contributing to seamless workflows and merchant experiences through innovation and organization.
