A leading provider in renewable energy seeks an Inside Sales Executive to join their team in Portsmouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong telesales background, proven sales experience, and technical awareness of the solar industry. You will reach out to warm leads to book online appointments for presentations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. A competitive salary and commission structure will be offered.
Position: Inside Sales Executive/Virtual Sales Executive
Industry: Renewable Energy/Residential Solar Panels
Location: Portsmouth – Onsite
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexibility required)
Package: Base Salary £25,000 - £30,000, OTE £70,000 - £100,000 per annum

As an Inside Sales Executive/Virtual Sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads generated through various channels to book online appointments for product presentations. This position requires a motivated individual with a background in telesales and an understanding of technical sales processes, preferably within the solar industry. Your main objective will be to qualify leads accurately and facilitate two‑stage sales meetings to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
