About The Role

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive – Italian Speaking to join Cigna’s Global Employer Health team and grow our SME business across Italy, Belgium, and Luxembourg. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own the sales cycle, build strong broker relationships, and turn prospects into opportunities that fuel regional growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Generate SME leads through calls, email, video, and social outreach.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline—from first contact to close.
  • Partner with brokers to nurture opportunities and deliver winning solutions.
  • Own quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and speed.
  • Be the expert on Cigna’s global medical products and value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on campaigns, pitches, and events.
  • Track performance in Salesforce and lead pipeline review meetings.
  • Drive attendance for webinars, seminars, and conferences.
What Success Looks Like
  • Hitting regional sales targets for SME medical products.
  • Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality KPIs.
  • Growing market share in Italy, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
What You Bring
  • 1+ year in outbound sales or B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets.
  • Strong communication skills—fluent Italian required.
  • Tech‑savvy with Excel, Outlook, Word.
