Job summary

Oxford Nanopore Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Director EMEAI to lead the Inside Sales team from Oxford, with regular travel to the office. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEAI, you will shape the sales strategy, mentor staff and drive targets through lead conversion.

The role combines leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-moving genomics environment, offering an attractive bonus, generous pension contributions, private healthcare and a hybrid working model.

We're looking for a highly motivated and transformational Inside Sales Director EMEAI to join our ambitious team. Reporting to the VP Sales EMEAI, this individual will have a meaningful impact on our inside sales strategy through the mentoring and leadership of the Inside Sales team, supported by the customer services and technical support teams. This is a hybrid role, with regular travel to our Oxford office.
