Overview

Internal Sales Consultant

Reporting to Xcell Misting’s Operational Excellence Manager, our inside sales team supply quotes to our customers and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Requesting quotes and prices from suppliers
• Producing quotes to our customers
• Following up on quote backlog with customers to ensure delivery of revenue and margin targets
• Accurately forecast 3-month revenue and margin performance to Operational Excellence Manager
• Raising orders to our suppliers
• Dispatching orders, producing delivery notes and relevant certification when requested
• Liaising with suppliers for delivery dates
• Providing customer service including updates to customers
• Seeing order through to invoicing stage
• Ad hoc admin tasks including managing pipeline and forecast in Salesforce

Qualifications

• Computer literate - to be able to use Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a customer first experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to work as part of a team but also manage own workload
• Be able to work to targets and meet KPI’s set
• Product knowledge in the fire suppression / detection business would be an advantage
