Responsibilities
- Fill the funnel of opportunities from the top.
- Ensure marketing qualified leads are warm or reactivated and generate sales qualified leads.
- Progress leads through the IANOS pipeline.
- Support open case progression and re-engage dormant accounts.
- Follow up on events and campaigns; hand over qualified leads to Territory managers.
- Create opportunities for digital sales and manage with the TM or to completion.
- Utilise social media to its maximum potential - align with marketing for brand messaging.
- For small and remote accounts, activate providers and manage sales activity with support from service and colleagues.
- Deliver sales presentations to customers and prospects remotely.
- Reach out to providers to update them on new products, materials, and updates to increase case volume; perform outbound calls for offers and actions.
- Use sales dashboard to maintain account visibility.
- Meet sales targets and other metrics on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly bases.
- Attend and contribute to team and company meetings; complete required training and pursue self‑learning for the role.
- Continually work to increase knowledge of orthodontics, market trends, and company processes.
- Know and communicate Vision and Mission to understand team and company priorities.
- Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales / account management experience. Clinical ortho practice background is essential.
- Strong track record in sales / account management.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, chats, and emails inbound and outbound.
- Solid presentation skills and language proficiency; basic English language skills required for the territory.
- Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, and procedures.
- Ability to perform simple calculations and interpret figures.
- Ability to prioritise customer needs and guide them to the correct product or service.
