Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking health care support assistants for Crewkerne inpatient ward, an 8 bedded unit focused on rehabilitation after hospital discharge. The role involves delivering fundamentals of care under supervision and working with a multidisciplinary team to support patient goals.

You will contribute to discharge planning and patient-centred care, with training provided and an expectation to participate in the on-call service after preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is advantageous.
• All necessary skills training and mandatory training will be provided.
• Flexible approach to shifts and on-call service after training.

Responsibilities
