Job summary

A healthcare organization is seeking a professional to enhance mental health services in Chester, UK. Job description
Overview

This is an exciting new opportunity to improve the quality in mental health, learning disability inpatient services and inpatient care for autistic people across Cheshire, Merseyside, Lancashire, South Cumbria, and Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities
  • Support systems in implementing the National Quality Transformation project and each ICB 3‑year plan to localise and realign inpatient services in line with the National Inpatient Quality Transformation Programme.
  • Collate and analyse data on demand, capacity, activity and cost, identify gaps in current provision and develop plans to address these.
  • Translate key national policy and strategy into practice and embed it in local plans as appropriate.
  • Co‑produce and co‑deliver work with a range of lived experience voices embedded throughout, building strong, supportive and effective working relationships with partners.
Eligibility

Fixed term until end of March 2027. Shortlisting will be completed on 20/11/2025 with interviews starting 25/11/2025.
