A mental health services provider in Exeter is seeking a Band 7 Practice Lead. This role involves supporting acute adult mental health wards and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The successful candidate will promote recovery, lead change, and support staff development, with essential qualifications in mental health. The position is fixed-term for 12 months with a flexible full-time working pattern. Competitive salary offered.
We have an exciting opportunity for a band 7 Practice Lead based at the Cedars in Exeter supporting 2 acute adult mental health wards. This will be a 12 month fixed term/ secondment post from January/ February 2026.
The Clinical Practice Lead is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality & safety standards within their assigned clinical pathways / teams. They will ensure that all individuals receiving care and treatment from DPT services do so in line with Trust strategic objectives (safe, timely, personalised, and sustainable and recovery focused) and are safeguarded from any harm.
We provide mental health, learning disability and neurodiversity services, as well as a range of specialist & secure services for the wider south west region & nationally.
