A leading healthcare provider in Kendal is looking for a Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join their inpatient services. This role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide care for patients with mental health needs. Candidates should be registered Mental Health Nurses with experience in diverse mental health areas. The position requires shift work and offers a salary range of £31,049 to £37,796 per annum, pro rata.

Qualifications

• Registered Mental Health Nurse with NMC registration required.
• Experience in different areas of mental health preferred.
• Knowledge of mental health national service frameworks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop person-centred holistic care.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ward, supporting the ward manager.
• Provide care and support to patients requiring mental health interventions.
