Junior Sous Chef | Full-time

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Managing the kitchen line and planning shifts for adequate coverage
• Understanding food, health and safety standards, and financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• Celebrating team successes and recognizing individual drives and needs
