Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust invites applications for a whole time Speciality Doctor in Anaesthetics. The post is based on 10 PAs per week with 8 PAs for clinical duties in Anaesthetics, 1 Supporting PA and 1 PA for special interests and personal development.

You will be joining a dynamic Anaesthesia division that supports elective and emergency surgery, critical care and chronic pain services across the two main sites.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the clinical audit process within the Trust.
• Encourage and participate in research initiatives approved by the local Ethical Committee.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current anaesthetic practice and undertake administrative duties.
• Attend departmental meetings and support management to ensure high standards of patient care.
