Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive UK is offering a 12-month Innovation Execution Excellence Marketing Intern position in Woking. You'll join the Northern Europe hub marketing team, supporting new product development and campaigns across UK, Ireland and Nordics.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will help track product timelines, assist with artwork and asset deployment, coordinate training, and support cross-functional teams. A university degree and English fluency are required, with FMCG experience helpful.

Qualifications

• University degree with a passion for brands and marketing.
• Experience in marketing and in FMCG companies would be preferable but not essential.
• English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the new product development process in the Northern Europe hub (UK, Ireland, Nordics).
• Track product development timelines to ensure bundles are ready to launch and deliver a great consumer experience.
• Collaborate with hub brand teams and cross-functional/divisional teams.
• Support artwork development and timely asset release for launches.
• Assist deployment of assets including e-commerce content ahead of launch.
• Coordinate training sessions with the local Marketing team.
• Manage marketing team administration, purchases, and card spend reconciliation.
