Job summary

Indra Group UK & Ireland seeks a Continual Improvement and Innovation Manager for a fixed-term contract (16 months) to lead improvement initiatives for TfL ticketing systems. You will drive governance, performance monitoring and value delivery across the Proteus contract, coordinating with Indra and TfL stakeholders.

The role requires experience in contractual service delivery, workshop facilitation, and data-driven decision making, with strong reporting and senior stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead continual improvement and innovation across the Proteus contract.
• Drive identification, assessment, prioritisation and governance of improvement initiatives.
• Ensure ITIL Continual Improvement Model is applied to TfL outcomes.
• Oversee improvement projects with timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with TfL and Indra stakeholders.
