You will translate briefs into innovative, market-ready concepts, work with co-manufacturers, and ensure quality across scale-up while balancing cost and manufacturing realities.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary knowledge across techniques, ingredients and flavour development.
• Ability to translate customer briefs into market-ready concepts.
• Experience collaborating with co-manufacturers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer briefs and translate them into creative, commercially realistic food concepts.
• Research the market, explore cuisines and ingredients, and develop initial recipes for scale.
• Create and refine recipes, assess flavour, aroma, texture, appearance and nutritional requirements.
• Prepare high-quality samples for customer presentations and internal reviews.
• Support transition into commercial production with co-manufacturing partners and factory trials.
• Protect the integrity of the original concept while considering cost and equipment constraints.
