Key Responsibilities

Manufacture, repair, and maintain injection mould tools to precise specifications.

Operate and set conventional and CNC machinery including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM.

Support new tool trials, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.

Work closely with design, production, and quality teams to ensure tooling performs efficiently and meets production standards.

Troubleshoot tooling issues and identify solutions to improve reliability and performance.

Maintain accurate records of tooling maintenance and repairs.
