Injection Moulding Technician - Hereford!

Monday - Friday (shift rotation)

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Injection Moulding Technician to join a well‑established manufacturing business in Hereford.

This role provides variety, career growth, and the chance to work with precision components in a dynamic production environment.

Role & Responsibilities

• Set up and operate injection moulding equipment of various sizes
• Adjust machines, automation systems, and supporting equipment for production
• Load materials, carry out tool changes, and perform basic machine maintenance
• Identify and resolve product defects such as flash, warping, or surface imperfections
• Collaborate with Quality colleagues to ensure consistent product standards
• Keep accurate production records and follow operational procedures
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment (training provided)

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Hands‑on experience with injection moulding or relevant engineering background
• Able to manage multiple products and resolve quality issues efficiently
• Comfortable working with technical components and tight tolerances
• IMT qualification is desirable
• Basic IT skills for production records and reporting
